Vitakraft Super-Absorbent Cage Liners for Pet Birds
Vitakraft Super-Absorbent Cage Liners help keep your pet bird’s cage fresh between cleanings. An absorbent inner layer helps control moisture and odors, while the soft, leak-proof bottom keep the cage tray clean and dry. When it’s cleaning time, just fold up the liner and throw it away! Cage liners should always be placed beneath the bottom cage grate where birds can not reach.

Work for my large B&G Macaw cages
We have issues with fruit flies off and on. The two huge parrot cages are a draw to them because of their droppings (moisture). I couldn’t possibly change the cage liners of these two cages daily, so I bought these and cut them in fourths, then put them where the poo gathers the most. I can easily change these daily, but now I don’t need to as these absorb and dry out the poo so bugs aren’t attracted to it. I know those little bugs will come and go again, but at least they aren’t in the parrot cages anymore. I know this isn’t exactly what most people are looking for, but I found another great way to use these and they work like a charm! I have them on my Subscribe and Save for auto-shipping now.

Lifesaver!
If you don’t exactly enjoy cleaning your bird’s cage, then this is a great solution! I didn’t think these would be worth investing in, but they have been a huge time saver! My canary bathes in an open bowl at least twice a day, so water’s always puddling in his cage. These pads have been so nice! They absorb all the water quickly and make cleaning a breeze! They’re quite large, so I cut them to fit the bottom of his cage—so even more value than what you pay for. Highly recommended.

I’m Good!
This fits perfectly on 3 sides of the cage I purchased, with one side needing to fold under just a bit. Product lends a clean, upscale look to my cage vs laying down newspaper fliers with printed ads of groceries all over creation! For the above reviewer complaining about some gel I dont quite understand…try using the product correctly!!! Plastic/gel side under and cloth, absorbant side up…lawdy…no helping some folks!Ive already placed product in my shopping cart for repurchase! I like the clean look of the white material against black wire cage and plan in changing/cleaning weekly.Great product that gets my vote!!!

These liners work great under my blue crowned conure parrots cage!
These liners are great for my parrot’s cage! They are neat and the size is perfect! Of course until the bird has to go. But, ok. Just change it out and you are good to go. Not a messy cleanup. Just replace.

I love these cage liners.
These cage liners make it so easy to clean the cage. You can easily cut them to fit your cage. I fold mine as I take it out so seed and feathers don’t spill. They work well. I have only used this brand for the last four years.

Great product!
I love these cage liners! So much better than the grit paper and healthier! They come large for cages but all you need to do is fold and cut them or make them as is by folding over orunder for the buirds cages. I can see these working for other pets too! They really are absorbent and makes cleaning bird cages so much easier and cleaner! Wis they came in different sizes for popular bird cage sizes. You will not be disappointed by purchasing this product! I can honestly get 2 weeks usage from these with my 2 pet parakeets

Dislike only one size it short changes coverage 20 x 20 size parrot cage should be selling 20 x 20

Great product a must have
The best thing I found for my messy AG… and he doesn’t try to destroy it on the top of the cage in his play area he can’t reach the ones in bottom under the cage grates.. but he has full accessibility to the top of cage one…. he loves to shred everything we put up there .. unless he is mad then we’ll the whole sheet hits the floor

Great value & absorbency. No messy cage here!
I have these on autoship, the previous liners I had used for years were no longer being stocked (post COVID). Although the size isn’t optimal for my cage, it works and the price is right. I simply fold them to fit. My birds waste doesn’t smell, I have a Senegal who seems as pleased as I am with them.

Just a convenience item .
I placed a quarter sized piece under the cockatiel’s “home base” at night . This made for quick early morning clean up.. Cutting the single sheet into fourths made the liners last a lot longer.

Totally worth it
Love these things! I’ve worked in pet stores and vet clinics for years, so I definitely have a point of reference when it comes to dirty bird cage smell. These liners sure keep the odor down. And the price is half that of most retail pet stores.

Love these!
These are thin but they do the job. I love that they are easy to unfold and put into the cage. They’re white and look neat and much cleaner than using newspaper or cedar wood shavings. I’ve noticed reduced odor from my bird cage since changing from newspaper and my birds don’t try to destroy this stuff through the metal bars at the bottom of the cage.Definitely a plus in my book!

Great product, perfect fit for large cockatiel birdcage
I actually made a mistake writing a review for the brand that is on the way. These are great because I didn’t have to cut them to fit the large birdcage for my cockatiel. I believe it is the other one that I do, but this time around, those were cheaper. As far as everything else, I didn’t really notice a difference. Still a great product, would recommend.

I really like these with only one small complaint, I just wish they were a couple of inches bigger a 20” x 20” would be perfect for my canary cage. They are easy to install and very absorbent. I have them on my subscribe and save to come In a quantity of 2 boxes each month.

My bird isn’t dropping enough to rate absorption but they have made his cage easier to clean and it does absorb nicely when I spill his water trying to put it in or out of the doors on the cage.

Easy clean up
These are a must for busy bird owners! Most of the mess in cage is shredding of toys and fallen seed. I shake it out (outside) once a week and throw it out every two weeks or weekly if it’s a mess.I highly recommend!

Very Useful
I have a cockatiel and he is quite messy. I use these around the outside of his cage, so that when he’s out his poo lands on them. Not the best solution, but I haven’t potty trained him yet!! I’ve had him 20 years and love him in spite of this issue.

Good
Won’t post a picture since I’m sure others wouldn’t appreciate a picture of tons of bird poop. Otherwise, I knew when buying this that it wouldn’t fit the bottom of my cage entirely, since it’s a few inches too short. Not a big deal, just wish it would fit. It is very absorbent and I can basically pull up at each corner, mostly to contain the excess pellets and seed mix, then fold it all up, and it’s a good thick material. Make sure to put the scratchy side up when using it. I think it’s decent for the money, but my husband would rather get a newspaper to do the job. Haven’t had to use newspaper yet, but I know it won’t do as well as these liners.

Absorbing
Since moving to a more humid climate the brown paper bags at the bottom of our bird cage was not cutting it anymore! Everything was getting moldy very quickly which is horrible for our feather baby. We were cleaning the cage almost every other day to keep things from molding. These are quite a bit expensive but we can now wait and do it every two weeks! No mold!! Our feather baby is happy and we are happy!

Very helpful
I was a firm user of news paper and paper bags as it was easy to clean but now I switched to using these pads. It makes it easier to clean, and with the plastic being face down there is very minimal cleanup to the bottom of the cage itself.
