Disturbingly fun
This spider is obviously a toy. Yet anytime I see it out of the corner of my eye my heart skips a beat. It scares me. On top of that it is fun to play with and a great way to ‘check out’ for awhile. Super fun and idly disturbing at once. Who wouldn’t love it?

Cool Toy for the Robot and Spider Lover
My daughter has been begging for a spider pet, and while I have arachnophobia so it’s a heck no, I thought this would be a compromise since she also loves robots. She loves this thing, it moves over hardwood way better than carpet. It sounds and walks exactly like a giant spider. It’s fragile, so don’t let a friend smack it across the room. The leg broke and I glued it and it works perfectly again.

This spider is quite realistic! My granddaughter wanted it to “creep out” her mom and her friends. The movements are very life-like and it truly was CREEPY!!! LOL! She loved it, so it was a great gift!

The media could not be loaded.
Only one side works. Hopefully a can get a replacement asap because this was a Christmas gift.

cute but broke quickly
Bought this for my 4yo son for the holidays. We loved this toy at first – it was much easier for him to control than remote control cars because it moves slowly. He got such a kick out of sending it following someone else in the house and we’d pretend to be scared of the spider. Lots of fun. BUT after just a handful of uses over the course of a few months – gentle, regular use – one of the legs stopped working. So then it would only turn in a circle with the remote. I reached out to SpinMaster customer service and they said because it was after 90 days, they could not send me a replacement or refund. This is a $45 toy…and should last more than a few months with light and sporadic use. Very disappointed.
