Price, flavor, delivery time was/is good! Had problem in product packaging ( although sealed, cap was loose, some spillage). Many purchases of liquid items without a problem. Customer service was great, replacement sent quickly.

I suffer with dry mouth due to nasal allergies and allergy medications. I was hoping for a more moisturizing effect from this liquid. The solution has a great taste but it didn’t quite do it for me. It may work well for others.

Comparable to Biotene, much better price (UPDATED – no longer true)
Good: Quells dry-mouth for up to several hours. Good price relative to the brand-name stuff.Bad: Not *quite* as effective as brand-name, but good enough. Weird mint flavor.Bottom line: It ain’t Biotene, but it works well enough and costs a LOT less. Four stars.UPDATE 12/6/22: The quality of this product has deteriorated since I wrote the above review. It used to be at least comparable to Biotene. No longer. The last three bottles have been watery, much thinner than the product used to be, and it now has an odd minty-chemical aftertaste. Plus, the price has gone up to where the subscription price difference vs. the same size Biotene is less than a dollar, not enough to justify using this over the name-brand product. Now a generous three stars.

PACKAGING LEAKS IN SHIPMENT
The item works great but this is a liquid and not sealed well. Consequently, a fair amount had leaked and saturated the box. This is NOT the fault of the shipper but rather the fact that the lid was not on tight (even though it had the conventional plastic seal). This item is NOT sealed in a way suitable for shipment – I will NOT purchase it again

Too Syrupy
I wanted to save some money and got this instead of Biotene. Some reviews insisted it tasted the same and worked the same. So I got a four-pack. Maybe it works the same, hard to tell, but it’s like a mouthful of pancake syrup, WAYYYY too sweet. I’ll eventually use all four bottles but it won’t be as pleasant as the real deal, and I probably won’t get it again, unless I get so used to the syrupiness that I want to keep saving on cost. The other problem is the package arrived all wet. All four bottles all leaked from the cap, the bottles all sticky. The company seems to have cut costs in actually sealing them. Couldn’t that lead to product contamination?

I am very glad I bought this item!
Did my research about the bacteria we all have in our mouths and took to heart the fact that mouthwashes with alcohol in kills bacteria that should not be destroyed. Saw online that the ingredient “xylitol” is one of 3 that is better than anything else to keep your mouth healthy. I bought four 16-oz bottles in one order and I’m sure they will last awhile. The taste is also awesome; not overpowering but gentle, and my mouth has not felt this good since I’ve been using this product now for about 2 weeks. Before using this I was getting pains, not sure why, but the aches and pains in my mouth were there. These pains have disappeared since I’ve been using this ‘Probiotic’ product. This word ‘Probiotic’ which I’ve heard before in a positive sense is what got me started on doing more research online. I am glad I bought this product and will buy more in the future.

I had hoped for more.
For me it does not work very well, I wish it did. The taste is also not pleasant, but I could overlook that if it worked better. It may work better for others as none of the the other products for dry mouth work any better for me, so my case may be different that your’s.

Not sure the compromise in quality is worth the convenience and price.
Seems to be comparable to brand name with a lower price. More than once, the package has arrived wet because the caps are not right on the bottle and they leak everywhere during shipment. Ironically, each bottle has a “quality and safety seal” which is not safe not does it protect quality.Thiss seal is a small, brittle shrink wrapped plastic seal over the outside of the cap. This “seal” doesn’t seal enough to prevent leaks. The small, brittle, shrink wrap is positioned just so no one can grab it with their fingers except for maybe an infant rhesus monkey. Since I never got the pet monkey I requested from Santa for Christmas, I must use a knife, open scissors, and/or jewelers pliers. This delicate procedure is further complicated by the leaked product making the entire bottle as slippery as a frightened slime eel. You may be thinking “why doesn’t she wash the bottle off first?” I tried and found the only way to get all the slippery off would require soap, which would make its way into the partially open cap, which is what allowed the product to leak out in the first place. Drying or wiping with a towel is also fruitless because it can’t wipe away the tiny, yet effectively slippery, leaked product trapped underneath the anti-quality, anti-safety seal. With this repeated issue, issues with other Solimo products and delivery, and some other issues with the company, I think this may be my last “subscribe and save.”

Works very well for a short time, same as most products like this.
Every single one of the medications I take is drying to mucous membranes. Collective result for me is a seriously dry mouth to the extent I can not enunciate well enough to be understood on occasions. This product does a decent job of relieving that mouth drying for a short periods– at least long enough to conclude a lengthy phone conversation. I have tried numerous other products and while some are helpful, none have exceeded Solimo Dry Mouth Oral Rinse in effectiveness and it is a much better deal cost wise. The taste is medicinal, as I expected it to be, but painfully so like ordinary mouthwashes often are. I will continue to use this product and can recommend it to others who suffer similar complaints

Amazon Brand – Solimo Dry Mouth Oral Rinse
The Amazon Brand – Solimo Dry Mouth Oral Rinse is very good but the packaging is not good. When I received the mouth wash the box was very wet. I ordered 4 containers of this mouth wash. and all of the lids were not tight. They are sealed with a plastic wrap at the top of the bottle but no secondary seal under the cap. the mouth wash leaked enough to get the box very wet! I hope someone from Amazon reads this and checks how this mouth is sealed. The mouth wash is great the packaging sucks!!

Best buy out there
It is just as effective as the most popular brand at a very good savings per ounce. The flavor very sweet, that I have a tendency to want to rinse with water afterward but that would defeat the purpose. A refreshing light mint would be better if they want to move up to a 5-star rating. It is such a good value though, and works effectively so I’ll be reordering as necessary.

Design flaw
The product presentation has a design flaw: the clear liquid is to be poured into a white cap. Misjudging the amount of liquid in the cap is easy, meaning too little or an overflow. Here’s free advice: change the color of the cap. A competitor product uses colored liquid — that wd also work. Otherwise, great product and a reasonable price.

Similar to biotène in ingredients and price, but not really as good
Dry mouth has come on hard recently to me. It is very unpleasant, and the dentist says it is very, very bad for my teeth. So, I was happy to see that Amazon had a store brand copy of the brand name. The flavor is fine, but lacks the viscosity of the real deal, which makes it last longer. This took so long to arrive (weeks) that I had picked up a bottle of the brand name locally. Ounce for ounce, the price really wasn’t any different, either. The active ingredient, xylitol, really does help dry mouth, so it works.

“Maybe not the best dry mouth rinse on the market but the value is there for sure”…
UPDATE: I suspect this will work best for those that are nose breathers or those that do not wear a dental guard or appliance at night. Unfortunately, I often have sinus issues and right now they are worse than normal so I am breathing heavily out of my mouth. This causes my mouth to get pretty darn dry as the night wears on. Currently I am finishing this bottle and also consuming a Zellie’s Dental Mint (spearmint mint with Xylitol) as an add-on to help get me through the night without drying up. Also, I am starting back up with my humidifier to get more moisture in the air of the bedroom. As a result, I had to look elsewhere for now if I want a stand-alone dry mouth rinse for night use.I am experiencing gum issues and so I am doing “everything under the sun” to try and do what I can to get my hygiene back on track. I’m still unsure of where I went wrong, but it could be linked to a medication I am taking and nutrients being poorly absorbed, or my GERD, or who knows what. Regardless, I am using aloe vera toothpaste, Parodontax toothpaste, Sensodyne toothpaste, various rinses, Glide floss, warm salt water rinses etc.I think this rinse tastes pleasant and the ingredients were very comparable to another brand name rinse. When my pricey dry mouth rinse (my periodontist connection recommended that one) ran out I pulled this bottle out of my hall storage. So far, so good. It does a pretty nice job of me not resembling a cottonmouth snake by morning. I would definitely buy it again even if I alternate with the pricey dry mouth rinse which supposedly has other benefits. Another plus of this one over the pricey one is once you crack this bottle you don’t have a short time-lock where you are supposed to use it before it expires. That is another plus of this rinse and a good reason to buy it again.

Helps with morning dry mouth, but packaging needs improvement
First things first, this does the trick for dry mouth. I like the flavor a lot because it’s not too strong. It’s a nice, gentle mint taste. The instructions say you can use it up to 5 times a day, but I usually only need it once in the morning.I bought this because I sometimes get dry mouth in the mornings due to medication, and my dentist was not a fan of my previous method to get rid of it. I used to pop a cough drop into my mouth in the morning, and they said that the sugar was not good for my teeth. Even though I eat or drink things that are probably way worse for my teeth (I’m looking at you, coffee and wine), I figured I should investigate an alternative treatment. This mouthwash was affordably priced (much more than name brands), and so I gave it try. I’ll probably keep using it as long as I am taking a medication that causes dry mouth. My only qualms with this product have to do with its packaging. First, the instructions say to use 15 mL, but the inside of the cap is marked with a 10 mL line (see picture). Why does the measuring line in the cap not match the dosage of the mouthwash?Secondly, if you do not rinse the cap after use, it will leak and you will have a sticky bottle. I didn’t realize this at first, and since I’m the only one using this mouthwash I didn’t really care about rinsing out the cap. I realized that every time I went to pick the bottle up, it was sticky all over because whatever tiny bit was left in the cap would leak out from the cap & dribble down the sides. Now I rinse it with water after use, but even still sometimes the bottle feels sticky! I would not say that either of these issues is is a deal-breaker, but they are why I rated this only 4 stars.

LOVE this Solimo mouth rinse– except it should be in a squirt bottle..
Great flavor, really works and it is very reasonably priced. (Biotene has always been ridiculously expensive). MInis one star for the crummy bottle. It has a screw cap that you need to fill (and if you don’t rinse it after use- when you screw it back on, the rinse slowly drips down the sides of the bottle and so the bottle is a slimy mess. The Bioltene bottle is a fantastic squirt bottle- simple to use and clean so I pour the Solimo rinse into an old Biotene bottle. Perfect. If Amazon is smart and switches their Solimo rinse to a squirt bottle they will have a 5 star product.

Don’t buy brand, only difference is the taste
This mouthwash delivers long lasting results and my mouth can remain sufficiently hydrated after I take medication that dries it. Reasonably comparable to Biotene mouthwash. To add in my personal opinion, the flavor, while reasonable and not offensive from being too strong, could use a bit of a taste tune-up to improve the aftertaste which is like having a mint in your mouth with the cooling effect of mint noticeably missing. It needs a bit of a punch. Just enough to give pleasant, refreshing and cool aftertaste.

Great for the LOW Price!
This dry mouth rinse is practically flavorless and does not burn or sting the mouth; however, even though the mouth stays moister bc it isn’t parched, this rinse could use a little oomph to leave a slightly minty or even citrusy aftertaste and prevent the bad breath associated w dry mouth.

I really like the mouthwash – I would give it 5 stars – but I recently ordered four 1 liter bottles and thee of them were leaking. The cellophane wrap was still on them, but all three caps were loose. I did not send them back because I think they are OK. But I think Amazon should work on sealing the bottles better, There were also some delivery placement issues, but that doesn’t effect the product.
