Nice product
I’ve used this on my border collie and Pomeranian. Its smell is very strong but has a nice scent to it. It really does help get out any knots in your dogs fur and it’s even helped make my dogs fur softer! Overall am happy with this spray.

Perfect detangler for poodles
I bought this to replace the FURminator detangler, which was my go-to detangler for many years. The product is either facing supply issues or has been discontinued. I tried a few different products and couldn’t find one that could compete. With this product, I FINALLY found it!I know BioSilk from their human hair products, so when I saw they had a product for dogs, it made me more confident that this product would do the job as advertised. I am pleased to say that it does!My poodle hates to be brushed, so a good detangler can make the job 1000x easier. The spray is a great detangler and also makes their coat soft. I highly recommend this product, especially for curly-haired breeds.

Works well!
My dog has weird hair; she’s a small dog with a mix of breeds, including Chinese crested. Her hair is thin, flyaway and rough. She always looked a bit disheveled and hated getting brushed because it pulled on her hair. I used this conditioner and it’s so much better! Her hair is soft and lays flat vs the big pouff of hair her was, and it doesn’t hurt when I brush her. A little goes a long way-too much and she felt greasy. Just a pea sized amount gives her great fur and she doesn’t feel greasy between washes. And it smells GREAT!

Smells good
It smells really good I’m just not sure it’s actually detangling anything. Maybe if I used with shampoo and conditioner? I don’t know. I use it when she is getting stinky between grooming sessions.

Great for dogs coat

Does the job
I use the shampoo so I decided to give this a try on my Havapoo (his hair can grow up to 14 inches) it does help a ton but could be better if that makes sense. I will say that my puppy usually hates being sprayed but doesn’t seem to mind this as much. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue either.

Smells like the 80s lol
The smell feels like a throwback but it grows on you, lol. The dogs definitely aren’t a fan of the scent but it works well enough. I feel like I’ve gone through much more of it in less time than I would The Stuff, so it’s not cost effective and probably won’t purchase again. Also unsure why or how my bottle was so dang FILTHY inside the mailer package??

Amazing
I don’t know what to dislike. It was a first time when I used Biosilk detailing conditioner on my Havapoo. Her hair is very soft and tangled easily. I couldn’t comb it through, therefor, I decided to try Biosilk. Needless to say, I was very surprised with result. The hair of my brown and white dogs is pearly white, soft, fluffy and easy to manage( comb). In addition, the cost is very affordable, in comparison to the product that I used/ bought before. Everyone knows that we treat out pets like our family members. I would definitely continue to use and buy this amazing product.

Why did I not buy this sooner?
???honestly, not sure why I never thought to buy a detangler spray for my dog! My dog is a pomeranian and eskimo mix and has a very thick coat (very easily matted). This spray works wonders!!! It almost immediately untangles and it smells great.Just buy it!

I have a tiny 6 lb poodle who is 15 yrs old. In btwn grooming I keep him clean and brushed out. He has very sensitive skin these days.. This product works so well that I don’t need to combine any other products with it to detangle and soften Winston’s coat. Thanks Bio-Silk!!

Good with whitening shampoo
It makes his curly hair easier to comb. Goes with the anti-whitening shampoo I need for his white coat. Smells good for a few days and soft. Other brands are more and dont work as well as these do. The ones in the store are more money. With a white dog you constantly have to wash the paws. I need something more economical like this. Wish it were available locally but it isnt.

Not what I had hoped for as far as shine!
I have 3 yorkies so I do their grooming. I had hoped this product would give their coat a lot of shine but it didn’t. It has a nice scent and their coat was soft as well as use of this product was easy to use. Just spray it on. They didn’t seem to mind either 😂

Smells great
This works really well on my Biewer terrier’s coat and makes it very soft and shiny. A little goes a long way since it’s highly scented. I would recommend starting with just a quarter size amount and working it through your dogs hair, rinse it off and see if you need to use more. It definitely detangles very well, but the fragrance could be overwhelming if you use too much. So just use it with a light hand.

Really helps getting tangles out!
My cavapoo puppy has a very silky coat that mats up over night! I have been using this spray every day when I brush him and it helps tremendously to get the mats out without pulling his skin and him crying. He’s a big baby and super sensitive.I brush the ends of his coat first and work up towards the skin and can get the mats out without him crying or wiggling.

Changed my dogs, relationship to grooming
I have a miniature snow is that and she used to hate getting brushed because of all the nuts and how much it hurt to get them out. This help me get the nuts out and keep them from coming back so now she is not as afraid of the brush anymore and she doesn’t hate me for brushing her all the time.Ploesser for her is so soft and easy to deal with. She smells great product is better than I would’ve imagined.

Soft & Shiny, Could smell better
The bio silk has been amazing for our Golden Retriever’s coats as far as making them shiny soft and neatly eliminating the shedding. So ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for this portion of the review.The scent, ⭐️⭐️. It isn’t bad at all, but it also doesn’t resolve the dog smell either. It’s too light to even cover the wet dog you get by using the product. I thought maybe the scent would lift as they dried, not so much. Now they just smell like Fritos.If this addressed the dog smell, 5 stars.

Best Shampoo & Conditioner
I have a Maltese dog and I like to keep her hair long. I am always struggling with knots and matting. I have to say I have used this product for 3 washes now (I have to bathe her at least once per week) and it’s helped keep the matting and knots away! He hair is always super soft but this actually makes it even softer which is hard to imagine. It also seems to help keeping the breakage to a minimum.

Amazing detangler and leave in
I’m a hair stylist so I’m very picky on products. I have two long hair Old English Sheepdogs and I use this line of Shampoo, Conditioner, and leave in for my dogs. Works great. Leaves coat beautiful and easy to brush but not heavy and greasy. Perfect balance for their coats.

Great Pyrenees approved!
Our dog has very thick hair and I was looking for something to help with brushing as well as adding some shine to her coat. I love biosilk products for myself, so why not give the dog line a try?! It smells great and works well! It left my dogs thick fur manageable and smelling good with some added shine.

Easy comb out
I use this on my 68lb Standard Poodle to condition his curly coat and reduce knots while blowing him dry with a high velocity dryer. Makes brushing and combing him out so much easier. (I brush and comb him before and after his bath before grooming him. Clippers just glide through his coat. I do dilute it to make it easier to apply and rinse out

Detangles matted fur!
This conditioner smells great and works great, too. I use conditioner first when washing my yorkipoo and comb through his fur to get out any tangles. I can see and feel a difference in his fur—it is smoother and softer. Love it!

Works
I’ve got a poodle mix who has a curly+silky coat. Needless to say, she requires daily brushing to manage tangles. This shampoo (along with conditioner) is essential. It makes her coat so smooth and helps to make brushing easier.

Light scent
My dog is a schnoodle…part schnauzer part poodle. She gets little matted areas on her legs that need brushed out. This really helps to loosen them and the brush gets them right out. I hesitated to buy on line because I couldn’t smell it before I bought it. My husband is very sensitive to scents. Most give him a headache. This scent is very light and doesn’t linger.

Scent nice but heavy
Sprayed on Goldendoodle but was overwhelmed with scent and didn’t find it was a detangler. Scent is nice but heavy. Makes dog smell nice for days after, once scent dissipates a bit. Did not notice dog hair was shinier.

Matted fur
UPDATE: had not brushed him for a few days. I brushed his hair with a medium/soft bristle brush when wet with the conditioner in it. It hardly matted when blow drying. Still recommend getting as many tangles out before hand.Old: It is not a detangler conditioner. I have to comb out and detangle my havanese hair 1st before i wash it and condition it or it will be a huge tangled mess. Still have a few tangles after the wash but not as bad. However, it does have a floral scent which I like and it stays for a few days and his coat is softer. Wouldn’t recommend for detailing purposes. But for scent and condition. It’s fine

I love the concept.
My dog is too afraid of being sprayed that I was never able to use it as instructed. I tried using by spraying into my hand and I really` liked` the smell. It just didn’t work as I believe it would have if I was able to spray directly onto my dog.

Smells wonderful and works well for long hair dogs
I have an American cocker spaniel and she has a long, beautiful coat that gets matted easily. She also stinks sometimes. This has a very light but fresh scent and it leaves her coat very soft, shiny and manageable for a few days. It applies easily and doesn’t leave a residue. It rinses away nicely with warm water. My only complaint is the bottle is so small. My dog is about 27 lbs and we go through about 1/3 of the bottle for each bath. I’d love to see a gallon and quart size for purchase.

OBSESSED! Life saving
My golden doodle is very active and I wash him weekly. Brushing is something he hates and this is game changing! It helps me get through tangles quickly and smells AMAZING. Pricey but works
Works well but I have a furbaby with lots of hair, it takes a lot of shampoo to get him clean. Wish it came in a larger amount but that would make it even more pricey. Highly recommend especially for a small dog that doesn’t require much shampoo. It really does make the hair manageable and soft.
