Craftsman wrenches
These are always a plus. Best quality. We are replacing, at our old age, all the tools our kids borrowed over the years and kept. We’re off to a good start with these !

What a deal
These wrenches exceeded my expectations. Even though they are Craftsman wrenches I suspected subpar wrenches for the price. They are not as nice and smooth as Snap-On but they are very nice wrenches.

Ok but I have used better,
These adjustable wrenches are ok but I like the kind with the rubber coating on them plus these feel kind of loose when you use them.

Craftsman Tools are the best
I’ve been using Craftsman tools for 40 years, and still use the original set I bought in college. I’ve tried different brands, cheaper and more expensive, but I am always happier with the Craftsman brand. The price is reasonable and the tools are built to last.

Craftsman isn’t what it used to be
Craftsman used to be the “Go to” tools. I have some great Craftsman tools that are over 40 years old that still work better than these new ones. I bought this 3 pack and get some use from them at work. They don’t hold the size you dial them to, like Craftsman used. They also wear very quickly(cheaper metal). I do like the size chart on the side of the jaw, but that is pretty much their redeeming quality on this set. I don’t think I’ll be buying Craftsman again any time soon.

Pretty upset at how bad these really are.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement – I’m pretty upset, tooThe photos are of 2 different 10″ wrenches. Notice how offset the channels are on bothThis is Craftsman? The most well known name in tools? With a “We Build Pride” stamped on their packaging?I bought 3 packs of these. One for myself, and 2 others as gifts for my sons. For mine, I opened them up to put in my toolbox, and I retired my set of 25yr old well used, greasy, and beat up, Husky adjustable wrenches. To my surprise, as I handled each of them, it became obivously clear… these are PIECES OF JUNK!The jaws were off center, the sliding jaw had so much side to side play, and front to back movement that it felt like a loose tooth about to fall out.The rotating barrels slid back and forth, and wobbled up and down. The channel the jaw slid in was cut so far off center as to really make this thing dangerous. And they ratteled like coins in a tin can.My 25yr old, beaten, greasy, abused Husky wrenches were still tighter than this brand new set, and still smooth as butter. After 25yrs, they rattled a little bit, but nothing like these craftsman pieces of junk.I know what you’re thinking. Maybe it was just a bad set. Everyone puts one out occasionally, right? Even Craftsman. Wellllll….I opened up the other 2 packs. And guess what? Those were as equally as bad.Only one 6″ wrench, out of all 9, was acceptable.Sadly, they’re no longer the Craftsman most of us grew up with. They’re now just a name slapped on a china made piece crap. So, if you think you know what quality tools are, go ahead and give these a shake about. Then run to home depot or lowes and try out some other brands. You’ll be amazed at how poorly “crafted” these are.Yeah, they have a lifetime warranty, if they ever break. So, basically, you live a lifetime with a warrantied piece of crap.Do yourself a favor and completely forget about these. I’m sticking with Husky, I can at least try them in hand and take my pick – and then return them to the Home Depot right down the road if I need to.****Update****Just came from Lowes hardware. I inspected about 20 different craftsman wrenches. Every one of them was in excellent condition. No loose jaws, no rattling, no off center channels, etc… Basically the quality you expect of Craftsman. All of that leads to two possible conclusions: these are actual fakes, or they are factory rejects that the chinese facility is tyring to make money on the side by selling instead of throwing them away, and they got mixed up with actual Craftsman products.Either way, avoid these at all costs. Go to Ace or Lowes and inspect/handle them. it may cost a little more, but you’ll be getting a lot harder gher quality product

Disappointed – simply an unwarranted, Brand-premium
These were a big disappointment – – much below average at best. Not complete junk, but not something I would ever purchase again/ or ever have purchased in person. ( I actually kept the set since I needed to stock an out-building for convenience, but would have returned if they were for daily or weekend projects) Compared to an older (20 yr) set of Craftsman adjustable wrenches, these are way too Heavy, too Thick/bulky, and way too Loose to be comfortable or even useful in some situations. (they do have an increased, jaw opening over the previous set, but not that much) I hope the newest owners of the Craftsman BRAND still have some decent offerings in tools, but this experience to me shows that a Quality Product is no longer part of the equation for their tools – possibly replaced by exploitation of a once iconic brand-name to recover an investment. Not a bad business practice from their perspective, but I’m now convinced that the Craftsman brand for me is never again going to be a safe option in tools

Its Craftsman and adjustable….
I have been on team red since I was a kid, and when they were still made in the USA. Its a shame they were moved and some times I can notice a quality difference in the hand tools though these I cannot tell all that much if any difference from my older version other than just a design difference. In either case, same warranty as I understand it and I needed a set for my portable bag.

Good for general use. Not commercial grade.
I have a pair that is over twenty years old passed down to me from dad that will out last this new quality, there is scaring and marks in the jaws already, there is more play in the adjustment wheel than my old one, but for the money and how tools are made today, this tool will last a couple of years.

Decent quality tool but not classic Craftsman
While these carry the Craftsman brand name, they are made in China and not the USA. This doesn’t make them worthless or bad, necessarily. But as they say, you get what you pay for. The set includes three adjustable wrenches that should cover the majority of applications. These would be great for a general home repair/garage tool box. If you’re expecting to use them extensively on a vehicle or piece of expensive machinery, you may want to shop for something higher quality and better build quality.

Looks like the old Craftsman quality!
There were a few reviews that were negative on this, and I wonder if they purchased from one of the alternate vendors and got a knock off, as what I received was first rate. (I selected the Amazon Prime vendor choice.)It came in the new red Craftsman packaging that you will see at Lowe’s. The wrenches operated smoothly, had well polished faces, none of the wobble that I’ve seen in cheap crescent wrenches. I used to buy Craftsman a lot. But the quality had declined significantly. These were like old times. I will definitely be looking at Craftsman again.

Craftsman wrenches. Great set of different size Craftsman wrenches for only $24. I’ve seen competitors sell just one of these wrenched for $19. Great to have on hand when needed and will last a lifetime. Whenn you receive them they come from the factory so just wipe them down with the paper towel.

They’re alright
Maybe a one-off but the middle size wrench had the thumb roller fail because of a stripped out pin. These aren’t the highest quality and you get what you pay for. At the end of a day it’s a wrench that will pretty much get beat every use but I didn’t expect a failure after 2-3 uses

Well made and easy to use. The jaws are tight and adjust smoothly – no annoying play once you’ve set the size. The three sizes are very handy, amazing how have the right size wrench makes it easier – even if you can get away with using the ‘wrong’ size.

Great wrenches
This 3 pack is great for all of the variety of sizes you may need. Craftsman tools, what more can be said, which has not been said previously one of the most reliable brands ever produced. The value of the product is unbeatable, and must for any tool chest either on the job or at home. Would highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable adjustable wrenches.

Cheap Chinese crap, it’s an insult to the craftsman brand
My work tool box full of mostly 20 year old or more craftsman tools was stolen, so I needed replacements.I pulled thies things out of thier packing and checked them. The jaws are loose in thier channels allowing alot of side to side slop, the adjustment wheels are loose and sloppy so it is very difficult to adjust the wrench to size and they have to be readjusted with every turn of the wrench, and the finish is rough with multiple burrs on the handles and jaws. They obviously won’t stand up to any serious use on the job, in fact they may not even be safe to use in any serious application, so I said screw it and gave them to my kids to use on thier bikes and such. The craftsman lifetime warranty used to mean you were buying a tool of high enough quality that you would rarely if ever need to replace it, now it seems to mean that you are buying a tool so cheaply made that it doesn’t matter how many times you replace it, they will still make money. In a word, the store brand wrenches from home depot are of better quality and sadly craftsman seems to be a dead brand.

Not too pleased
I have used Craftsman tools all my life and own quite a few. It has always been a quality brand. I have a large 2 piece rolling toolbox in my garage. I bought these to replace some missing pieces and I had only had it a few weeks when I noticed rust building on it. Granted, I live in Florida where everything eventually rusts, but I have other craftsman tools, over 25 years old, that still aren’t rusted. Stainless steel is not supposed to rust so it makes me wonder about the quality.

Not Craftsman of old
3 adjustable wrenches. Metal is rough. The adjusting wheel is loose., then tight. Poorly made. Unlike the polish and tight tolerances of the old Craftsman. It’s a shame that the name Craftsman is imprinted on the tools. Overall quality is average to poor. Other reviews say they are Made in China. Forgot to look before I throw away the packaging. But I believe them. I’ve been buying Craftsman since the mid ’60s. I know what they were like in the past. My adult kids took all my old tools. I need these for odd jobs around the house so I’m keeping them as they are cheap and won’t be heavily used.
