Comfortable Insoles
These are my favorite Dr. Scholls. inserts. It features gel padding on the heel and forefoot and a plastic arch support. You have to be careful with insoles that have a built -in arch support. If the support is too far forward or back, they will probably hurt your feet over time. I’ve had that problem with other insoles. Fortunately, the support on this insole fits my arch well.I wear my shoes barefooted and I’ve had problems with other insoles sticking to my feet and coming out when I take the shoe off. I haven’t had that problem with these because the liner is made of some kind of material that wicks the moisture away, so my foot doesn’t stick to it.Overall, a comfortable and supportive insole. It’s advertised as to be used for “sport”. I’m not really sure what they mean by “sport”. I use them in all my shoes and boots. I don’t do much in the way of sport. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that these are for younger and more active people. If you are an elderly person, give it a shot.

Great soles for my hiking shoes.
I intentionally change the insoles in my hiking shoes as soon as I purchase them. These soles help keep my feet comfortable and provide arch support.

Makes walking nicer
I tried these for my 5 mile walk and they are very comfortable. I haven’t tried running or other sports with them. I was mostly looking for insoles that would be good for my feet.

just okay
better than the old insole that got ripped out and replaced, but they’re not incredible, just good enough. i was looking for something with more significant comfort/squish factor and you get about what you pay for with these— also had to cut off an entire size extra to make them fit but i didn’t read the instructions so maybe that’s normal lol. they’ve made my shoes comfier so i’ll say they were worth the price, if you have foot nerve pain or other arthritic issues i’d get something more expensive.

More arch support needed.
These are very comfortable. If you are like me and have a decent arch, these are not completely sufficient, and i wish they would give more cushion in that area…or have an option for people who would like additional support there. Otherwise, great product. Hope they wear well.

Easy to Cut, Easy to Install, better than Original!
I do wish there was a bit more comfort and shock absorption but these are clearly superior to the standard insoles in my New Balance Tennis Shoes. Added benefit, they dont seem to hang on to moisture and thus do not smell anywhere near as bad as the factory oem insoles too! They offer a smidge more comfort and shock absorption than factory original insole and thats pretty solid considering the very affordable price. They also seem higher quality than the original foam insoles.TIP: lay your originals as aligned as possible over the top of these. Making sure the bottoms are dead even. Then simply use a pen and trace the outline of your original onto these new Dr. Scholls. Now you’ll know exactly where to cut!

Pretty good value for cost
If you’re looking for low-cost inserts, these are a pretty good option! I inserted these into my tennis shoes because I didn’t have enough arch support and they were pretty good at providing additional support. Not super mind-blowing, but effective enough for the cost.

Cost effective insoles
My daughter plays basketball so she needed some extra support since she’s in her basketball shoes 5 days a week. For the price, they work well. Comfortable with decent support, but they do wear out fast. Holes start forming at the front and heal after about 3-4 months. But comparing the cost with other insoles, its cheaper to just keep replacing them with new ones.

Excellent Insoles
These are excellent insoles. I use them in my roller skates, and they’re significantly better than the stock insoles. They’re also better than the Dr. Scholl’s Advanced insoles, which themselves are OK.

Comfy but they start to stink really quickly
My feet generally do not sweat a ton, but I do walk 10-15 miles a day at work. I use Dr. Scholl’s shoe spray and also spray on my feet to prevent sweat and odor. However, these insoles started to smell icky about only a week into wearing them. Going to go back to my other gels to prevent the funk.

The low end of the size range is dicey
I wear a men’s 9.5 which this sole should accommodate but once cut down to size the arch support feels a little too far forward. The overall comfort is better than stock insoles, but the support is not what it could be. For the price? Doable.

They are fine until they wear down
I like them, but they need to be replaced way too soon. While the box claims 3-6months it is more like 2-3 if used consistently like any person would need too. And after a month they start to wear and the quality is greatly diminished. Not worth the price since they need to be replaced so often.

Perfect for hiking
I bought this when I went on vacation to Colorado, since I was going to be doing a lot of hiking and walking. You cut them to size, and the sizing is on the back of the insert. I had to cut mine slightly more that the designated size because of the shoes that I have. I don’t like having super oversized shoes, so these were difficult to put into the shoes that I have. I put them into my size 7.5 vans, but it made the shoes feel extremely right on my feet.

Great products, just make sure you only put them in tennis shoes!
I bought this for a trip I was taking with my brother up to the Northeast. We would be walking around a bunch and I have a super high arch and my feet end up hurting a ton at the end of the day. So, I thought it would be a good idea to buy these. They are amazing, however they do not fit normal shoes. I know that may be obvious to some people, but I tried these with my Vans and with my fall boots, but they were too thick. I could get my foot in, but super uncomfortable and my food was really pressed against the top of the shoe. When I got home, I put them in my tennis shoes for when I worked out next. It took me a few times wearing them to get used to them, but holy cow they make a difference. I have really bad knees, and these don’t “prevent” them hurting, but reduces the irritating impact a good amount. But they also do what I originally needed them to do: support my high arches. If I need to be on my feet for awhile, I now just wear my tennis shoes with these in them. At the end of the day, I am able to go longer.

Great product. Inexpensive solution to uncomfortable shoes
I have a pair of work boots that are very uncomfortable to wear for a prolonged period of time while out in the yard working. For $15 I thought I would give these a try. They are great! I cut them to fit my shoes and wore them in my boots and headed outside to do a bunch of yard work. At the end of the day, my feet felt great! No soreness or pain. I would definitely recommend giving these insoles a try if you are needing a solution to uncomfortable shoes. It’s a heck of a lot cheaper than buying new shoes!

Just want my shoe needed
I recently started doing a cross fit classes and need more support, I really didn’t want to buy new shoes since I was new to the cross fit world, and these were prefect they stopped the burning feeling I had when we did jumping jacks for mountain climbers. My husband also bought a pair ( men’s version) and we are both happy we did.

perfect for my needs!
I have some hiking shoes I wear regularly for daily walks along the trails where I live. The shoes themselves are comfortable but I have found that the soles being on the hard side make my feet both hot and a little sore on the bottom if we go on a longer than usual walk. I also have developed sore heels so I bought these hoping to eliminate both issues. The soles worked like a charm. Not as “squishy” as I expected since they are gel filled, but super easy to install in the shoe with the size guidelines literally built in, and instant shoe comfort. From now on when I replace my walking shoes, I will automatically order these .

Lots of cushion and support
These insoles are great I love the cushioning on the hall of the foot which mist insoles don’t give. The arch support is a firmer plastic. The gel is on the heel and ball of the foot. The sizes are marked so you can easily cut to size at the toe area.

Great for extra support when jogging
I bought these for my jogging shoes which are starting to show signs of wear and tear. I hoped they would prolong the life of my shoes because jog shoes are expensive. I found them very comfortable and they help me have a more secure fit, plus I notice less jarring on pavement to my feet. I recommend them!

Kinda like a filet of soul…& heel!!🎯🥁🏆
So many variations of this company’s product line though it seems that ol’ Doc Scholls himself does a yeoman like job of finding special “features” to each selection & style of application and use. These have a mixture of gelatinous rubber waves plus a very rigid plastic superstructure for your arches. No circulation holes which is needed with these rubberized products but otherwise they do very well.Good luck getting 6 mos out of them as they say on box because after a few mos.- they should be replaced if your value your shoes, feet, pets and family. The only suggestion I would pose to Corp is offering some wash instructions on box- I throw mine in the hot water cycle every few weeks as I hike and play tennis every dang day.🙌Ps-One caveat is they will indeed make your shoes tighter so pull out those horrid OEM units first. 👍

Really work great
I love these orthotic insoles. I have worn custom orthotics and other over the counter brands that never really helped. I wear a neutral athletic shoe but overpronate and have flat feet. All these devices have always caused me pain. I was on vacation using my current orthotic and shoe. I was to be doing tons and tons of walking and my feet hurt terribly I had to find something else. I went into the local drug store and they only had these. I had to buy them and give them a shot. Honestly I have never looked at Dr. Scholl’s as being a true orthotic alternative thinking they were just padded insoles. These SPORT insoles proved to be the answer I have been looking for all along. They provided the support I needed without being too much and had amazing padding for comfort. I walked 6 plus miles a day and now they are the only insoles I will use. I am athletic and do a lot of walking and exercise. Everyone telling me I MUST wear custom orthotics had me on years of discomfort. These insoles are also very durable. I am 5′ 11″ and weigh 220 so not necessarily lean and they have lasted 3 months so far with heavy use. I bought another pair here on Amazon to go in my other shoes. I highly recommned these SPORT insoles. They far surpass any orthotics I have tried before in performance, quality and comfort. Finally I can enjoy walking and exercising again.

Not worth the money
I had high hopes for Dr. Scholl’s insoles, but unfortunately, they fell short of my expectations. The plastic support on the underside uncomfortably dug into my instep, causing significant foot pain. I was out on a 3.5-mile walk when I realized I couldn’t continue due to the discomfort. The Keen Targee hiking boots I was wearing, advertised for rugged terrains, also contributed to the problem, becoming unbearable after 2-3 miles of walking on uneven grounds. In an attempt to make things work, I had to modify the Dr. Scholl’s insoles by cutting off the offending plastic part and placing it under my original insole.Only then could I comfortably complete my daily 6-mile hike. This, however, was a hassle I didn’t expect or appreciate when opting for a well-known brand like Dr. Scholl’s.

Have been wearing them for years
I have had problems with my feet for many years, starting with a Morton’s neuroma. I therefore need to always wear shoes with sufficient forefoot cushioning. Most shoes come with insoles that are not up to the task though. I started buying these at least 10 years ago and they solved that problem completely. Lately, due to some over-stress situations, I developed plantar fasciitis in one foot. I bought some insoles that state they are specifically for that problem, but actually, these insoles seem to be the best because the others do not have forefoot cushioning, including the one made by this company and sold specifically for plantar fasciitis. The arch on those is perhaps bit higher but the arch on these is also reinforced and firm so I am continuing to wear these insoles and do the exercises recommend for plantar fasciitis. These insoles do hold your foot firmly in place and I think for most people the arch is perfect. I highly recommend them.

Comfortable
I read all the other reviews before purchasing and here’s mine. I’m a hairstylist on my feet over 8 hrs, I am pigeon toed( think that’s how you spell it), so my feet bend inwards pretty bad. I need alot of support to be able to stand all day. You are able to cut these down to fit your shoe size. You need to take out the original soles and then put these in. I’m size 6 normally and these did well. I felt alot of support from these especially on my feet standing inwards. It really helped to set them straight. I felt relief on the first day. I enjoy these and am not hurting like I used to. I gave them a four because it says sport on the packaging, I dont think I would wear these for running or anything. Also I noticed I need the right shoe first and foremost. You need a wide fit shoe to feel comfortable for these. It won’t go with a tight running shoe, it hurts. I noticed that when I put these into another shoe. I think that’s why some reviews were good and bad. So definitely keep in mind a roomy shoe for these.

Comfy
Got these in my work boots and they have really improved the comfort of those boots. It is beyond me why boot manufacturers don’t put squishy inserts on the bottom of the boot. If you have to wear construction boots all day, with hard soles on the bottom, it really kills your feet. The only objection if I could be said to have one is that the heel is thicker than the toe. In a boot where you already have a heel, it just makes that heel taller – which whacks out your spinal alignment. You lean too far forward when walking. If I want that effect, Dr. Shoals, I will put on a pair of stiletto heels and go work construction…

Help for my aching feet
Ack – with middle age comes foot pain. What is up with that? I am an active person who is sidelined all too often with foot pain. After many trips to the podiatrist, we finally narrowed it down to getting more support. I was happy to have found these insoles. Why I love these insoles:* They really help cushion my feet. For the first time in many years, I am pain free while doing my walking and other aerobic activities.* They are easy to use. All you need to do is cut them to fit into your shoe and put them inside. What could be easier.* They are long lasting. I work out daily and am pleased to say that these last 6 months. If you are looking for something to help cushion your feet, these are for you!

Affordable shock absorption
Brought new life back to two pairs of shoes. Comfortable and easy to use. Honestly if you are a men’s size 9 and don’t have a wide foot I recommend the women’s equivalent. I had to cut the men’s down to the minimum, whereas the women’s was nearly the exact size of the old insoles. As for my rating, I have hiked with these in my boots, which in my opinion is where they really shine. I also use them in a pair of gym shoes I occasionally run in, they feel good there too but I like a bit more rigidity running.
