Great Flosser
I love these flossers. They make flossing my teeth very easy and do a thorough job. I highly recommend them – must easier than using regular floss. However, the packaging does not seem to have enough glue on them and several times during shipping the package has opened and dumped the flossers all over the shipping box. I don’t consider them clean to use when this happens. Twice Amazon replaced them for me but my last problem shipment they said this item could not be returned. There was no method online to help me so I’ve had to cancel my subscription for this item. I’m disappointed. All Amazon needed to do was improve the packaging with a little tape or shrink wrap. Today I found a local store that carries them, so I’ll stick with buying in person.

Only type of floss I use
I have a small mouth so it’s hard for me to get to the way back of my teeth with standard string floss. My dentist recommended I use the stick version and these are the perfect size. Other sticks that are single use and have the floss built in don’t sit comfortably in my mouth during flossing. These are replaceable so I’m not wasting as much plastic and are very comfortable. The mint flavor is not overpowering but just enough to get that great clean feeling. Plus one sleeve of these will last me at least a month (Though I’d say even longer usually). Great bang for your buck and my dentist has already commented on the difference!!

Perfect
I have a lot of trouble using traditional floss, so I prefer to use the Reach flosser. I am also particular about flavor, and stores around here don’t carry the unflavored refills. This set was a great deal and will last me awhile. I highly recommend them if you struggle with traditional floss.

Only way I can effectively floss
If you are considering ordering these, you already have the ‘stick’ into which they are inserted for use. In which case, you already know what an easy and effective method this device provides for flossing. Obviously you would not order them by themselves, without having the ‘stick’ to use them with.

My favorite manual flosser
This is the only manual flosser that enables me to easily get to my back teeth. I’ve always found regular floss difficult to use. I used to buy it it at CVS Pharmacy, but for some reason they stopped carrying this, and now I exclusively buy it on Amazon.

Review From An Avid Flosser
So I guess Target and Walmart have stopped carrying these replacement heads. Glad I can still get them here, though! I refuse to use the small flossers with tiny handles because I’m constantly seeing them discarded on the ground in parking lots or hanging out of grown adult’s mouths like pacifiers. Gross.Listerine flosser replacement heads for me please. A+

The only floss I use!
I have never been able to use regular floss. This helps me keep my oral health up. I have never had a break on the floss or the head. Even when I have had to floss more than one round to really get everything out. And gets into the tight teeth that even the dentist has trouble with and normally hard to reach areas. 7 have very sensitive gums and flossing can make them bleed but when I use this regularly (more than once a day) I don’t have bleeding even when I need to be a little tougher to get things out. I love this because it helps me feel clean and accomplished.

Hate flossing?
This might be a viable alternative to traditional flossing. Fits on the end of a Reach tool (think toothbrush) and can use the floss to get between your teeth without slobbering all over your fingers. It works for me.

Love these! My Dental Hygienist gave me a sample approx 4yrs ago. Finally I found a way to floss that works well for me 😁 Getting your rear teeth is just as easy as the front (something the smaller floss sticks just couldn’t do). If you have a smaller mouth (me) or scleroderma (my mom) these are great because you don’t have to open as wide. Might be good for people that need a little extra help w/their hygiene (disabled/elderly) too! Hope this helps…

Trouble finding them in the local grocery store, *good for tight contacts
My local grocery store carried this product for years. Over the last year or two, I noticed it was harder and harder to find them. And now, they don’t carry them at all. I came to Amazon and purchased 10 packs!I was hooked on this kind of floss since my dentist introduced me to them 10 years ago. If you have tight contacts, this kind of floss works pretty well. At least, they do for me. But, there’s a trick to it for sure and it will take practice. Be careful and don’t force things!Although they snap into a study handle, you don’t use your hand power much at all.Believe it or not, for me the power comes from your jaws with a little bit of a twist if needed (especially for back teeth). Basically, you gently bite down on various parts of the floss head to push it through tight contacts for the opposing teeth. There are two important points to this technique. First, I find it much better to position the floss at an angle to the teeth. It’s a much smoother process of getting the floss through a tight contact. I start with one end of the floss head touching the gap. The floss is almost vertical to the teeth. I bite down gently, and push the floss through the contact at an angle with a mild twist, maybe. The angle is to prevent the floss from snapping into the gums. There may still be a snap, but because it’s at an angle, it should not snap hard against your gums. If it snaps hard against your gums, something is wrong with your technique or your teeth and you should stop.Secondly, use your tongue as a counter-resistant force, like you might do with dynamic tension exercise. While you are pushing down with your upper teeth to push the floss through your bottom teeth, your tongue is slightly pushing up against the floss. This gives you some control over the snap. Basically, you tongue acts like a dampener to any snap.Coming out of the gap I also slide the floss at an angle but instead I’m using my tongue to push the floss arm out (slight opening the floss-head outwards).It’s probably a little different for every person. But this process has worked better than anything I’ve used to date.I’ve also tried various disposable floss picks, but found the floss head to be too pliable/flexible. These Listerine snap-on heads and the handle that supports them is pretty rigid and that’s what I need.*PSA: Generally speaking the technique I describe is good for tight contacts. Of course, everyone is different and you should be cautious trying to force something that may not work for you. If it hurts, stop! If it bleeds, stop!

The best floss
I have TMJ and it’s difficult opening my mouth wide. With regular floss it was a task to reach my back teeth. With this floss throw, it’s super easy to floss all of my teeth. Won’t go back to using traditional floss!

Amazon is the only place I could find these any more
I have always had great difficulty in flossing my teeth, because my mouth is relatively small and my hands are relatively large. It was really difficult to reach my molars. One of my hygienists recommended these, and I have been using one for years with success. However, in the last year or so I have been unable to find the refills at the grocery store or drugstore. Amazon appears to be the only place to get them. So here we are.

Flossing heads aren’t tight
I like the design of this flosser, but the flossing heads that came with it have the floss hanging loosely from them; only two of them were tight. I’ll order some refills and hope they’re better.Using this was so much easier for me than the small pick-style flossers. My hands aren’t the best (RA) and holding this longer handle made it much easier to use. The 90 degree bend at the head made getting the floss between my teeth pretty smooth by just using the opposing teeth to press down gently. (All of my teeth are pretty tight and doing it that way kept me from slamming the floss down into my gums.)I am definitely not a flosser and hope this will help get me into the habit. Crossing my fingers for better quality refills.

An excellent flosser.
I have been searching for this type of flosser in drug stores and grocery stores for the last 3 years, but apparently it is no longer being produced or is greatly behind in shipping. With arthritic hands and fingers, I cannot hold flossing thread very well, but this type with the long handle is very easy to use.

So much easier than other flossers or regular floss
The fact that this thing is rotated 90 degrees from standard flossers is a game changer. I always had a hard time flossing my back teeth, especially because I still have my wisdom teeth, but this makes it no problem at all. I finally floss regularly because this makes it so much easier. Also, there’s less waste than with a full-size flosser.I wish there was one that I could just add floss onto myself, but the refills are cheap so I don’t really care that much. A month’s supply isn’t even 4 bucks. Can’t complain.

Makes flossing less tedious
I’m glad these arrived with the packaging intact compared to other reviews. These are a good alternative for those who hate flossing. It makes the thought of flossing less intimidating and less tedious because it makes flossing quicker and less messy comparing to using regular floss. It fits in hard to reach areas, especially the back teeth. I’m all for paying a little more if it means being compliant to establishing good habits and this helps with sticking to flossing more regularly. While it is disposable, it also decreases waste compared to those disposable floss sticks with sharp end handles…those can sometimes be hard to work with and maneuver, and the ends poke your hand unnecessarily. This is good quality and easy to use. This is also compatible with Reach floss handles! I like that it is travel friendly and compact. This is a good product to invest in for oral hygiene at an affordable price.

I used to hate flossing.
I hated flossing with just string or even those flossing picks. My dentist showed me this and it’s amazing. I can floss super fast and my fingers don’t go numb from wrapping floss around them. Flossing is one of those things that everyone knows they are supposed to do, but it’s kind of a pain. This is a great invention. Not sure how I didn’t start using one sooner!
