Does not work
This product is basically useless. The only thing good about it is that it’s safe for the birds. It does not stop the green slime mold or whatever from growing in the water we change it weekly, clean the fountains, and put the right amount of this product in and it does absolutely nothing. Certainly would never buy this product again

Works
This product does help keep our birdbath water clean during the very hot sunny days in S. Cal. The only request we made to the company was if the product could be packaged in a larger size than just 4oz. Because the size is so small we have to reorder frequently.

This Stuff doesn’t Work
I was expecting this product to clean the water in my small fountain, but it encourages mold on the bottom and when you add more of the product, it makes the water foam. Don’t waste your money on this.

Bird bath clarifier
Bought this product to help stop algae from forming in my birdbath. Even when adding it after every weekly cleaning the water is green by midweek. Would not recommend it or buy it again.

My birds highly recommend this product!
In Florida we have lots of sun and heat. These are ideal conditions for the growth of algae. I have been using 10BBC4-24D exactly as directed and have had very good results. Clean the birdbath first and start using the product weekly. I did this and the water has remained clear. My bird bath is plastic and very light. When the cats jump on it to try to get to the birds it falls over and soaks them. Now they leave it alone. I assume the product will work as well in concrete bird baths.

This is a disappointment!
I used this in a clean birdbath with fresh water. Two days later, the water was filthy and green with algae. I tried it again, with a “water wiggler” to keep the water moving. Same result. I was hoping this product would spare me from cleaning and refilling the bird bath every day during this very hot summer, but it’s not working for birds in Massachusetts!

Doesn’t work, makes things worse
This product claims to stop algae growing, instead what I found is that it serves as a medium for gross brown sludge to grow in the birdbath. I tried it three times and each time I got the same result. Finally I stopped using it and simply use bleach to clean every few days.

It actually does keep the water sparkling – and the birds don’t seem to notice any difference. My sister lives in Minnesota and she is able to purchase this at Home Depot or Menards in a larger container for the same price. I’m in Florida and can’t find it in any stores.

Be careful!
When I ordered this product, it was a bird bath cleaner with a spray top. What I got was completely different. It wasn’t a cleaner,, and certainly didn’t have a spray top.

I love it
I love this product! It keeps my bird bath free of sludge! Thank you Soo much I was having to clean with another Amazon product called Veo which is all natural. I just wanted something that did it for me. I have a question does anyone else notice honey bees sticking around the bath after putting this product in? I don’t mind they are friendly. I don’t see anything that is sweet in this. I love this stuff!! Let your fingers do the talking and get a bottle.. Happy Birding..

Doesn’t Seem to do Anything
Not sure what this is supposed to do, but it doesn’t appear to do anything. I use it in a small above ground fountain / bird bath. It doesn’t appear to break down leaves, bird poop, algae, or debris. Despite adding this to the fountain, the water gets gunky if I don’t change it out daily.

This stuff just does not work….Period! I put in the recommended one capful. Four days later, green scum on the bottom of the bird bath. I put in two capfuls. Four days later, green scum on the bottom of the birdbath. I put in three capfuls. You guessed it. Four days later, green scum on the bottom of the birdbath. As far as I’m concerned, it’s just a ripoff water supplement posing as an additive.
