The main feature of the mouse is nonexistent: wireless
Mouse works, but won’t connect to 2.4G mode. The best part is there is no easy way that I have found yet to contact their support for this issue, so instead I am writing this.I’m not sure if this is an isolated issue, but the receiver and mouse don’t automatically pair when you plug them in. Instead, you have to manually pair them, which always fails and the mouse just blinks a rapid red. Once again, I tried reaching out to support but there is no way to make a ticket you just have to look at their quick links. Their quick links for this mouse are nothing useful except “does this mouse come with a wire” and “what are 100% PTFE Glide Skates” what am I supposed to do with that?

It’s nice, it’s light, but the left click is missed alot when clicking.
I’ve been using this mouse for awhile now and while it is lighter, I like the red design, and configuration was quick, it has a big issue. Quite frequently it does not record my left click. I often have to click things 2-4 times to get it to register and when gaming that is NOT a good thing. I am having this issue wired, using wireless, and when using bluetooth. When it does work, it’s great and I enjoy using it. It did take me a week or so to get used to the smaller hand feel for my mitts, but overall I enjoy the ergomics.Honestly, I would not buy this again. I am very dissapointed especially given the price I paid for it and how good their headsets have been for me.

Overall really like this mouse! The look of it is just incredible!Pros:-very lightweight-easy to customize colours/buttons/dpi settings in Steelseries GG-Looks very Diablo-ish!-ability to use wires, wireless and bluetooth is great-usb cable it comes with is the softest and most flexible/nice feeling usb cable ever…its braided as well which I have to assume means its kind of durable. Seems like a waste to just have it sitting there plugged in as the wireless receiver. Will swap this cable and use it as my phone charging cable or something lolCons:-Not really a con, but I simply don’t like the colour red…wish the buttons weren’t red…but I understand red + diablo go hand in hand. At least I can change the default RGB colour from red to whatever I wanted!
