Best teeth cleaning device I’ve used
Prior to the Sonic Fusion I had a Sonicare DiamondClean. The Sonicare does a decent job but I wanted the water pik to help blast out some food, etc.I don’t usually use the brush/floss at same time so I guess theoretically I could’ve bought a water pik separately but that adds clutter, and most water piks I’ve used weren’t adjustable and hurt my gums. The best part about this is the adjustable water pressure. I’ve been slowly ramping it up as my gums get a little healthier and stronger. Told my mom that I’d get one for her as she used to use a water pik too but stopped because of how much it hurt her gums. The adjustability is a game changer for me.And lastly there’s nothing more satisfying then watching the crud come out and go down the drain lol.

Loved this….until it broke 1 yr 4 mo. after buying
Loved everything about this product with one exception. I have braces on my teeth and it is so much easier to thoroughly clean my teeth. BUT, paying $188.00 for a toothbrush that just lasts barely over a year is kind of sad. The water pic motor went off by itself when it was not being used (luckily I was close by and I unplugged it). I waited awhile, plugged back in and now the water pic doesn’t work. Could be just a lemon….may buy again hoping that the next one will last closer to 3 years or so. If not, I’m done.

Quieter than previous model
The actual sonic sound is much softer than a previous version. The water pic portion seems very effective as my dentist rarely finds anything to scrape off my teeth.

Clean Teeth Great Buy
I’ve never owned or used a Waterpik system before. My teeth feel extra clean now. Gets small food particles out between the teeth. My gum line looks and feels better. Over all a great buy.

Worked great for a year but then stopped
We loved that this Waterpik was a combination of water flosser and electric toothbrush. It didn’t take up much space on our bathroom vanity and it was fairly easy to clean inside and out. We ordered it back in March 2022 and sadly in June 2023 it has stopped working altogether. The water flosser pump stopped working first and then the electric toothbrush part stopped charging. We’ve used Waterpik water flossers and electric brushes before and had them last for well over a year, but we are disappointed this set didn’t last as long as we had hoped.

Great cleaning job
Think your teeth and gums are clean? Fire this up after supper or before bed and watch the stuff come out in the sink. Sonic cleaner takes a bit of getting used to but it does pull tartar off. Works best with the spray at the same time.Only thing is it can be messy – best to hang over the sink when using. I put some mouth wash in the tank and that will suds up a bit but its a nice touch to the cleaning job. Very glad I got it looking forward to my next cleaning visit to see how much more she can pull out.

Great product
I’ve been looking for a toothbrush, water pik for a long time. This is a great product. I use it at night before bed. I add warm water to rinse the food particles from under my gums. If people only knew how much small particles of food is trapped between teeth and gums at the end of the day which causes decay everyone would buy one of these.

Flossing Toothbrush
I have not been to the dentist since buying this product so I can’t say how well it works. Two things I do not like. The brush vibrates. My teeth are sensitive so if the top of the brush hits my teeth it’s unpleasant. The water floss part does not work if it is not plugged in. The brush works on a charge but not the floss.

Works Well
I finally got my kid to floss after brushing her teeth! It’s easy to use. You don’t have to change heads between brushing and flossing so she does it every day. It’s very expensive for a single person toothbrush though. I have used this product for several years myself. My first one only lasted only 2 years, but it’s been 18 months and this one is still working perfectly. The replacement brushes are also costly.

Great addition to oral care regimen. If you have hard water, be sure to use distilled to prolong the life of the product. I didn’t do that with my previous unit and that caused a problem.

Best toothbrush yet
It’s like power washing your teeth. Feels amazing. A+++Two things stop it being perfect:- The obnoxious led lights. It’ll randomly light up for about 15 minutes every night. Crazy bright. Enough to light up the bedroom. Not what you want when you’re trying to get to sleep.- The lid for the reservoir is fiddly to put on. I often end up with it slipping into the water/mouthwash solution I’m about to pik with.

Cleans well but very fragile and may be an issue for sensitive teeth
The cleaning is good on my first day. But the item is a bit fragile. Fumbling between my brush function and floss function I dropped the item on the counter and the brush shattered in two. So, I was out $25 before I got to use it. It comes with two so I got going on the cleaning. It is relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it. I have sensitive teeth and the ultrasonic speed of the brush is almost like the feel of the Cavitron on your teeth. It is thus like a hygienist cleaning but may be a bit touchy for those sensitive areas. I hope my hygienist is happy with me

Noisy but effective
I purchased this Sonic fusion 2.0 because it combines a brush and waterpik and would take less real estate in my new apartment bathroom. I also chose it because it claimed to be quiet. It isn’t! I can no longer use it because it can be heard in an adjacent apartment! The toothbrush head also required a good tug to switch heads for another user, which might be an issue for arthritic or weak hands. Otherwise, it did a great job and I’m sorry that the noise factor will prevent me from using it.

Missing leading usibility
This is my 3rd SonicCare brush. The first 2 lasted about 10 years each. They both worked when I retired them but they were looking rather old. I had a WaterPic for about 30 years that I retired for the same reason. The marketing claim of “Brush and Floss” at the same time is a bit misleading. Although brushing and flossing is accurate, if toothpaste is used the water from the floss washes the toothpaste away very early in the process.

Hate going to the Dentist?
As a person who doesn’t like going to the dentist every 6 months because you find them hurting you, chipping your gums, or just rough in general. After using this pick for a year, it has kept my teeth clean and gums healthier than with a normal toothbrush.Travelling with it can be a bit annoying, I have found that the water in the hose tends to leak a little on travel so I would recommend enclosing it to prevent leaking.

Teeth feel great
My teeth feel great after using this. It’s a little messy but that has more to do with my lack of technique than the product. My main problem with this is the water cord kinks. The cord is pretty stiff so if you move it the wrong way or can’t get it to roll up again quite perfectly then it kinks and doesn’t allow water through.

For lazy flossers
I’ve had a waterpik and a electric toothbrush for years now, but the counter space that’s taken up between the two is annoying, especially considering my partner also has the same set up.Well, this is a game changer. This product is so intuitive that we’ve ditched the other products and are just using separate, distinct toothbrush heads (one uses white, one uses black) on the same unit base because it’s effectively replaced the three other devices that used to sit on the countertop. It’s so easy to switch to flossing when I’m done with brushing my teeth that I can’t justify skipping it anymore. For travel, it’s convenient that the toothbrush itself can be detached from the unit and used as normal. If you want an all in one product- this is awesome!

Brings “Toothbrush” to a new level
I put toothpaste on the brush and turn the hot water on. I brush my teeth with the sonic on while the water heats up. The toothbrush “pauses” for a half second every 30 seconds. Once the water is hot I fill up the container while I’m still brushing my teeth. After the second “pause” at 60 seconds I add the water flossing while the sonic tooth brush is still vibrating until the reservoir is empty. Then I quickly floss with normal floss to finish the job.Highly recommend this product.

Way better then original!
I had the previous version that had the rose gold accents on it and when I moved it broke so I purchased this new one. The tooth brush head isn’t a weird green it’s like clear, the travel case closes better and it feels more secure in there, there’s less wiggle room/play when the water reservoir sits and it feels heavier which is nice, there’s a new attachment for replacement heads which is a strong magnet piece that is inside the water holder when you get it and it looks good with or without using it, as for the size of the unit it seems like it’s a smaller footprint(took photo next to soap so you can see) The water container itself seems either smaller or it’s pumping more water out because I’m going through the entire thing almost on one session. I didn’t like the weird rose gold so I like that this is solid black and all and all I’m very happy with this purchase. Inside the box if you register your product you get 1/2 off first head refill pack. Heads up it shipped completely dead.

I have owned 2 of them since late 2019 and I am now replacing it for a 3rd one.
The 1st one lasted almost a year and the 2nd a little more than a year and a half.I use water, mouth wash and baking soda mixed in the water reservoir and I make sure that I rince with clear water after every use through the water line and bursh. It looks like the best I will get is a about 19 months use out of it. Let’s see what the 3rd one does.

I’m impressed
I was afraid that I would purchase this item and not really use it like the last water pic I bought. This is a two in one device. One button to brush your teeth., one button to water pic floss or another one to do them both at the same time. It is simple to use. Hence I have used it twice daily since purchasing. I really am impressed as I thought it was expensive but cheaper than the dentist bills!

Great to clean around crowns and dental implants
I bought the original waterpik sonic. This one is even better. The sonic toothbrush has two levels to choose from which makes a big difference. It’s so easy to get a deep clean around the gum line of crowns and dental implants. I love it and would highly recommend it. I also bought one for my son when he had braces. He also loves it.

Best Waterpik I’ve Ever Used
Powerful pik in a modest size. Won’t overcomplicate your sink surface area. The rotating brush is well-designed. The adjustable pressure for the floss is appreciated. This is not a product you’d use on travel. One minor, minor redesign I’d suggest is to put the button for the floss maybe on the side. It is directly under the button for the brush and sometimes I accidentally turn it on while brushing. As I prefer brushing then flossing, this is a minor nuisance. If you like doing both at once, it is a sure win for you.No regrets.

Almost perfect
My dentist recommended the Sonic Waterpik saying it was the best ever. I agree, except for one flaw. After using the pik for 2 weeks, the water pump quit working. I tested and reset the GFI outlet several times, but still no pump. I called Waterpik to get return instructions. The guy asked me to plug the pik into a non GFI outlet. The pump worked. He suggested I use a surge protector on the GFI outlet. It worked. They designed a $190 pik that does not work on a GFI outlet. My old waterpik does. Come on man

Waterpik and toothbrush in one
This was recommended to me by a friend who had braces and knew I was getting them. It works great and really helps me feel like my teeth are taken care of with the three options toothbrush, waterpik or both combined. It also has a turn off and on and adjustable speed and pressure buttons. These features seem to set it apart from other brands.

I’m so glad 😊 I finally purchased the sonic fusion. I have habitual gunk mouth due to medications that I have to take. With the fusion it helps to keep my teeth gums and tongue from the build up the creates my breath from smelling and my mouth feels fresh like I just brushed even hours later.

Ahhhhhhh!!!! Completes the puzzle!
I love brushing my teeth, but my mouth is always really dry. I have admittedly been fearful of trying this because the instructions make it seem difficult. However, I just tried it today, by priming it and then using the flosser alone, and it felt so wonderful! I can’t wait to use it tonight, but I could have easily continued using it today, it felt so good. And as it turns out, it looks so involved because it’s actually easily explained, and they do so thoroughly. This is my second waterpik and I wish I’d used that one more, but I wouldn’t trade the old one for the new it’s absolutely taken brushing and flossing thoroughly to a whole new level!!
