Very nice
This is really a great set of lights! They were packaged nicely and none were broken. Unfortunately I have an outside patio with very strong winds (it blows my potted pine trees over) so these are too fragile for my use and I had to return them. I will be saving these in my list to purchase again down the road when I move and have a more appropriate space for them. If I wasn’t afraid they’d get damaged in a move I’d just hang onto them.

Great apartment balcony lights
Perfect for my balcony on my apartment. Was a little worried about breaking the bulbs a few times when stringing them up, they came boxed up very nicely so they wouldn’t break during shipping. They give off a bright warm white light. They do give off some heat when you plug them in pretty quickly. I haven’t had any issues with them, they are out of the way for any weather so i cannot say if they are weather proof. But I would recommend buying these if you have a balcony like mine.

Buyer Beware: You get what you pay for…
After a squirrel chewed my old set of lights after 3 good years, I bought these for myself last Xmas. I went to put them up today, 5 months later and there are issues I have. Of course I am out of the return window, so I’m stuck with these for now. Enjoy my $$$ in space Bezos!After opening the box to find all of them with the bulb screwed in already, packed away like sardines, I tested the bulbs to make sure they were good and everything worked. Upon DELICATELY opening the package, trying to not break anything (because the bulbs are already screwed in), I hung up my first strand (I bought two). When I plugged them in, two bulbs no longer worked. Swapped them with other ones (oh, they only give you ONE extra bulb per set of FIFTY!?), and the whole socket was just dead. Again, maybe if they weren’t packed in so tight, there may not have been a short while unraveling the cord.Strand 2… same thing. Two bulbs, no luck. Swapped in new ones, nothing. To everyone else’s point about these being VERY fragile… I suppose they are. I did break one due to my own dumb fault, and my old bulbs from my old lights feel a little more substantial. That’s not my issue. The last socket on both strands stopped working IMMEDIATELY. Each strand also had another socket die off before they were out of the box 20 mins. 6th last socket on one and the other about a 1/3 of the way from the end.There are enough good reviews here that I know someone else will have issues, but if I stopped ONE person from buying these and going with another strand, I’ve done my job.

Great amount of lighting for small room.
The media could not be loaded.
Have had these in my dorm room for about three months. Right away two of the bulbs went out, but it didn’t effect the lighting at all – if anything it’s nicer that those bulbs popped becaus they were an off color from the other bulbs. The amount of lighting it brings the room is wonderful. Perfect yellow soothing lights.

Wouldn’t buy again
I’ve ordered two strands. The first strand worked well and came with 2 extra bulbs. The second strand came with 4 lights already burnt out, 5 more went out within a month, so now they’re in the trash fill somewhere. Did they change to a cheap manufacturer? Do they do crap product testing? Why is it so hard to get ahold of customer service? 2 stars since the first strand stayed lit for 1 year. 0 stars for 2nd strand purchased.

Pretty, but fragile
Nice effect, good price… but we broke 2 bulbs while trying to hang them even though we were handling them gently and carefully. No spare bulbs are included. When hanging or removing, go slowly and have help to keep the strands straight and lined out as much as possible so bulbs don’t knock against each other. The slightest clink may shatter the bulbs.

I use mine on the deck and I love the way they look
I read a review that says you get what you paid for, it’s true. Expect some of the lights not to work and that they will burn out quickly. Get you a big case of refills and you’ll be ready. I use mine on the deck and I love the way they look. I keep the bulbs in a patio storage table because they are needed often!

You get what you pay for
The packaging is a 5 nothing was broken however I had 5 lights out and I bought 4 total sets of lights(extras are not included, not extra fuses either)The lights themselves look very cute, However again you get what you pay for, most of the lights are look how they are supposed to but about 4 of them look very white and not like the rest, like they are much brighter than the rest of the lights. I did not overload the strands past what it said you could do and still had a fuze go after 2 days. Other lights that look like this cost considerably more but are also a higher quality.

Great Value
50ft., 50 lights with 250 watt output !!! Great value and very good quality. Maybe “TOO WELL BOXED” however, that is, they come in a well made box with the bulbs all well protected, but the bulbs are attached to the light string thru a cardboard layer that looks impossible to separate without breaking bulbs. The only safe way to remove the sting set from the cardboard, is to unscrew each bulb, install the string, and then screw each bulb back in. Kind of an extra PIA step.

These bulbs are excellent. They give off a nice amber glow. They are also very well packaged. I did snap off one clip when attaching 150’ of them to wire cables, but this was easily fixed with a zip tie.

Thin Breakable Glass
The glass on these is very thin and brittle!! If you live in a mild climate these may be perfect for you, but my high floor apartment balcony was not a good match for the wind and these lights! Would also recommend unscrewing bulbs to mount the wiring to the proper formation.

Great Product
I bought one of these to test out first on my front porch which is rediculously long and loved it so I got another one and these light up my entire porch! They look wonderful hanging and I haven’t had any issues with them at all. Also broke one bulb when hanging them by accident and all the other lights still worked which made me very happy cause I was afraid if one broke all of them would go out. I highly recommend these if you want something that looks awesome and lights up a large area at night.

Great lights at a super value!
These were a tremendous value. My son uses them for decorative lighting in his apartment and says they really light up the place. Picture the old outdoor Christmas lights, the big ones, before everybody went to mini-lights. That’w these, but the bulb shapes are round and clear. The packing (warehouse deal) was light so one of the bulbs was broken, the only reason for the 4 stars. I ordered a replacement set anyway, just to have them. Super deal, and I strongly recommend them

Have had for 3 years now – still working great

Look good, but waste of money
As others have said, the bulbs are very fragile, and it only takes a small bonk for the filaments to separate, making the bulb useless. Not a huge deal, though… my bigger problem is that the strands themselves burn out spontaneously, making this product a waste of money. I’ve bought 3 of these in different lengths. Each one has been carefully hung up on the ceiling where they are never disturbed afterward, so it’s not a misuse issue. Here’s what my experience has been:- 1 still works.- The second burned out within 6 months. In one dramatic flash (I think caused by one bulb in the strand burning out), the whole strand went from “every bulb functional” to “strand completely burned out”. No bulb, even working ones from another strand, work in this burnt strand. On top of that, at least half of the bulbs from this strand were also burnt out by this and can’t be reused in another working strand.- I bought a replacement for the strand that burnt out. Again, 4 or 5 months later, one bulb flickered and the whole strand flashed out. Again, many of the bulbs were also fried in the process.So, yeah, this is waste of money and I’m also wondering if it’s a fire hazard.

Thinking about buying for your room? DO IT!
I bought these to hang up on my ceiling to give my my room a lil’ OOMPH! I’m so glad I did! They worked perfectly. The wire is thin like that of Christmas lights. I used the small, clear command strips used for hanging pictures and they worked perfectly. Be careful as the bulbs are made of glass. I did, quite easily, break a bulb. Luckily it comes with one spare 😅

Great Lights but be prepared for dead bulbs when it arrives
Overall great product, however 3 of the bulbs were DOA. Not sure if it was a package or handling issue because they were all on one edge of the box.Other than that these were easy to hang and I enjoy the spacing between bulbs and the ambience this gives my back patio.

Great quality outdoor lighting
Very impressed with the overall light output and build quality. We haven’t experienced them in some of the extreme weather/rain north Texas has been know to get so I can’t comment on the weatherproof rating of these. I can just say that can you won’t be disappointed. So much so that I bought a 2nd 50ft strand within a week 🙂

Beautiful Lighting
We used these on our back patio for a Housewarming party. Beautiful lights just as I hoped for! A few of the bulbs didn’t work but there was enough light for it to not make a difference. If I need to buy more however I think I’ll spend the extra money for weatherproof

Be careful!
They’re really heavy so I’m struggling to find a way to hang them reliably, we might have to nail them in. Also, the bulb break extremely easily so be careful! But this is a great deal, they’re bright and really beautiful.

Looks great but be prepared to constantly replace bulbs
I like the way they look. My main issue is with the life of the bulbs. I hung the strands i bought 2 weeks ago and already have had to replace 10 bulbs. They only run for 2 hours a night.

LOVE these lights. They are exactly what I was looking for!!! I bought 7 of these. A few bulbs were burnt out as other reviews have said, plus if they are dropped they are easily broken. I recommend buying a box of extra bulbs to have on hand.

Bought 3 of these 50′ patio string lights, I used it all along the back of the house and had it go to my kids playhouse. I am so happy with this purchase, every single light bulb works from all 3 string lights, they have good lighting, all the string lights connected to each end(like Christmas lights do). pretty but breaks easily
These lights are beautiful and I would have given them a higher rating but the second day after hanging them the wind knocked them over and a bunch of the bulbs shattered instantly leaving glass all over. My advice is to make sure they are hung very securely wherever you have them-especially if outdoors. I am not sure how well they will hold up in harsher weather.

Fragile
Glass bulbs are understandably fragile, but I can’t believe these are rated for outdoor use. Just holding a bulb made me nervous it would explode in my grip. I wanted to hang some loose strands under my cedar tree to light the yard, but 3 bulbs exploded from normal jostling while hanging. I doubt they would have survived the windy season here if I had managed to get them up, and I’m sure there would be casualties if I tried to remove them depending on season. They are pretty at least, so I will probably put them inside somewhere, and get something a little more durable for my project. Just generally disappointed.
