Handy screwdriver; not so sturdy in the hand
I love Klein tools. This driver has some great features ; extendable, 14 bits & drivers, good heft in the hand etc. However, where the bit holder enters the handle there is too much flex & it can be felt when driving in screws. Other than that, very happy with this tool.

This is the only screwdriver you will need
The Kline 14-in-1 HVAC adjustable screwdriver model (32304) is great. I purchased this screwdriver for creating an all-in-1 multi nutdriver and screwdriver kit. When you replace the hex shaft that comes with the screwdriver and swap it out for the Kline impact 7-in-1 flip socket set model (32907) it takes this screwdriver from good to great. I have also noticed that the bit holder in the handle is upgraded with a support ring that keeps the bits from sliding down and falling out. The HVAC version includes two unique bits that are nice to have; which includes a schrader valve insertion bit and a schrader valve core remover bit. If your looking for a highly useful screwdriver that doubles as a multi nutdriver than this is the kit to buy. I highly recommend this screwdriver setup.

The storage spins
only problem I have is the storage cap spins when using the driver. Unlike the stubby version that also has storage, on which the storage cap does not spin because it sits securely. On this bigger driver the storage cap is looser, and that is annoying to me.

My new favorite tool
saw this on youtube and always frustrated trying to find (and figure out) the correct socket for hex head screws. I’m not an HVAC guy but these screws always show up and a pain to work with even if it’s slotted. I’ll probably switch out some of the bits with ones that I use more often. Only complaint is that there is too much play in the driver.

Grip slips
I’m a big fan of Klein tools and this is the first one that let me down. Under moderate pressure the rubber grips slips, rendering the tool fairly useless. Very disappointing.

It’s good but it could be better
It’s not as quick to interchange as an 11 in 1, but you have more tools. Flipping the bits around they stick often. The rubber grip on the handle slips when you crank down on it.

Incredibly useful.
I got this because my 11-in-1 had it’s schrader core tool break it’s wings. This was a excuse to get the better screwdriver, and while the handle is a bit bigger, I strongly prefer this one as its the most convenient, small bit holder for my drill ever. I rarely use it as a screwdriver, as I can take the end out and slap it on my impact driver. I usually have to fight hex screws on my job, but when I need a bit, I’ll pull out the 14-in-1 handle and take out the bit and put it on the end of my drill. When I need to use the schrader core, I pluck the shaft out of my drill and slap it in my handle. It’s very efficient and fast.

very versatile
I have a small tool box I take when doing work at family or friends and this has cut down on how many tools I need there. It also is nice because I have many tools in one. It is also really handy you can change the “length” so it can be stubby length or normal length. Very sturdy and well built. Granted if you are doing a lot of work I prefer dedicated tools, but for not knowing what you might come across it is great. I just used this and a long nose to take apart my neises A/C and replace the capacitor and it had every bit I needed to make that happen, it used 7 different bits and all were in this one tool.

The things I like about this product is that the bits are all inside the case, adjustable length and the tip has a strong magnet. The magnetic tip is very useful specially with small screw and far to reach holes to screw.

Terrible multi-tool, awesome nut driver
Hvac service tech, im a big fan of Klein tools, this one fell a bit short in my opinion, it includes 14 bits you can put into the 1/4″ socket and while yes technically it does turn the bits, there’s about a millimeters worth of grab on the bit itself so it constantly slips out if you try to put any torque on it, which dosent happen to often because unless the screw has a straight on approach and you’re in the perfect position, you’ll have to use two hands anyways.. one to hold the driver, and the other to hold the bit in the driver! It does include a Schrader pin puller which is great… besides the fact that you now have a 6 inch club at the end of it so good luck getting a grab on any standard service valve.. overall this will not be replacing my good ol’ 6-in-1, nor my tstat screwdriver with a Schrader puller on top.. the only reason I give it 3 stars is because I do like the reversible nut driver, quality is comparative to maaco but the retractable impact ready shaft is a game changer in my mind, adds a lot to the tool in my opinion, I wouldn’t buy if you’re looking for a good multi-tool, but if you want a nice nut driver this will do it.

Kind of gimmicky
It is another attempt to reinvent the multi-driver. I’m all for it as the multi-driver needs improvement. In theory this would work great but in practice parts get lost. The bit storage isn’t great. Half the time I open it and bits fall out. The nut driver tip has a mid position that you must place it in the hold a bit with any reliability but the detent to hold the driver tip is not a very positive hold. it does work better if you have 1/4″ away from the handle. extending part isn’t machined well and so slides roughly meaning I almost always pull it all the way out before carefully re inserting to my desired depth. The previous HVAC multi-driver was a great tool. This one missed the mark and turned into another one for the junk drawer once parts get lost.

Not for everyday use
Work in HVAC and so I got this tool. It has almost all the bits I would need for residential HVAC, it’s even called a HVAC tool. It has great designs like the adjustable shank length, the dual nut driver piece, and the shank could be used with a impact driver. Real convenient and useful designs. But, it’s just so poorly made: cushion grip is either too thin or not glued on properly so it creaks and flexes when you are using it, other reviews have stated that the grip even rotates under heavy torque. There’s too much slack in the shank and the handle. I noticed a lot of the bad reviews were written by tradesman who used it daily. So I guess the good ratings were mostly by folks who would use it occasionally around the house, then I think this tool would be a great tool. Really surprised Klein let this tool go on market with these flaws.

Not as good as the price might indicate
Interesting design.Problems: The nut driver that also serves as socket for other driver tools, doesn’t secure very well – often falls off.The ‘Powerful rare earth magnet’ should allow driver heads to be magnetic as well. They must be made of some strange non-magnetic alloy because they won’t hold a screw.

Customize Longer Bits
I wanted longer bits without the bulk of the magnetic bit holder. I put the longer bits in a drill and used a Dremel tool to make a grove. (See picture) The Klein holds them tight and I can reach recessed screws.Standard length (2″ bits) fit in the storage handle, but half as many.I was a little disappointed the spinning cap on the end doesn’t turn easier for 1 handed use. I added graphite and am hoping it will get better with use.

Get this and not the 14-1 Adjust
This is better than the 32303 14-in-1 Adjust. It’s better to have these odd different bits than others and you can put whatever you’d want instead. Security torx bits should be standard everywhere. Comes with a “JIS #2” bit so no need for a PH#2. Don’t know if it’s real JIS or not since that isn’t a real standard anymore. This handle has the best version of the bit storage. However you won’t know if you’re going to get it or not. I’ve seen too many different photos where the HVAC has the worst style thinner retaining clips and/or no divider. My 14-1’s bits tend to slip more out of place and fall out when I open it up. And having longer bits cuts your bits in half. Not ideal! The blade does not have the same detents as the 32907. You won’t be able to put both 11/32-3/8 and 7/16-1/2 flip sockets at the same time. Klein doesn’t sell them individually. That’s why people have been buying the 32907 with the HVAC handle. The 1/4-5/16 flip socket is also different, and worse. It doesn’t have the retaining spring that holds the bearing down when its seated correctly. Mine could slip off easily. I also have the 3” flip socket blade and that doesn’t have that issue. Your mileage will vary with taking a chance on which handle you’re getting and if the flip socket doesn’t have that issue. If you get the 32907 with this, you can still store 2 to 3 more bits inside the handle. For a 21 in 1??

Good screwdriver…but
Like most of the reviews. The magnet broke within 5 days. After supergluing it back together zero issues with the magnet. At 4 months the rubber grip stripped out. At month 8 the slider broke. If your hard on hand tools you might not be happy, but with these problems I still bought another one.

Easy access. I used to go back and forth with the bits but now this handy little screw driver let’s me use 1/4 and screw driver on my impact. Recommend If you work in the telecom.Update: Sad I didn’t want to leave an update but the magnet piece near the scew comes out. Really anoying. Had to knocked 1 star.

I go through a lot of screwdrivers but this one is among the best in terms of having the right bit whenever I need it. The only flaws I have is you gotta adjust the 1/4 hex piece to have the bit seat half way inside it or else the bits will fall off.

Good tool.
So far tool has worked well. I wish the magnet were stronger. Doesn’t take much of a bump to knock screws off magnetic tip. Also suggest magnet in bit holder to keep bits from falling out when selecting a different bit. I have another klein multibit that I bought months ago that the bits fall out of if you open the bit compartment to aggressively, also tips toward the handle can fall into the handle. Making it a pain to get bit back where it belongs. There seems to be an improvement on this latest tool.

Probably the best part of the tool for me is the collapsible shaft, with the multiple stops for length. It allows me to carry one tool instead of different length screw drivers for each application need. Also the variety of bits in the handle cover more than what I need.

So this is second one I’ve got, this one has a socket on the end that bits fit in. You have to make sure socket is in the right spot to hold bit , poor design they make a different model that only holds bits and don’t have the socket on the end . That one is my favorite screwdriver I own
